We were replacing some windows in our house. They were installed in a prompt and efficient manner. Staff was very friendly with great customer service.The windows are great so far.

I inherited an antique dining room set, and a piece of the back of one of the chairs broke off. I took it in to these guys and they quoted me an accurate price and amount of time it would take. Very happy with the results, the chair looks great.
We went to IKEA to refurnish much of our house; we bought several beds, coffee tables, book shelves, and desks - all that had to be assembled at home, and which we are extremely happy with. We also bought a no assembly required sectional couch from them at the same time. We paid to have have this couch delivered to our house, something which 2 separate employees told us would be no problem. We were also told that it would be delivered in about 2 weeks. 2 months later, we get a call from their warehouse, telling us that the couch is there but we have to pay even more to have it delivered, as they claimed someone at the store made a mistake. It was very frustrating dealing with them during this hassle. In summary, if you're shopping at IKEA, stick to the DIY furniture.
