Fix Appliances CA was EXCELLENT! Our 13 yr old Samsung Fridge (which we love) started to get noisy. I was afraid it was the compressor. Went to Fix Appliances website, used their live chat to explain the problem; they scheduled a repair visit for the following morning. Mayor arrived on time the next morning. He was AMAZING! He quickly diagnosed the problem as the relay, not the compressor itself. He patiently explained what he needed to do and why. Mayor knows his stuff!! He told us the price, which was very reasonable, and replaced the relay in about an hour. You can trust these guys; they know what they're doing and make everything easy for the customer, including e-communications to simplify the estimate and payment processes. I will DEFINITELY call them again for any future appliance repairs. Totally top notch, professional service in all respects. We couldn't be happier. Ask for Mayor if you can. :) You won't be disappointed.
