AC was broken and the outdoor fan was no longer moving. Called in the morning and just after noon Shannon the mechanic showed up. He identified the problem in a few minutes, provided me with options and had the parts for a repair in his truck. AC was fixed in about 30 minutes and the house was liveable again. Top notch
