This company had done a RPR (real property report) several years ago when my house my first built. Since then I had built a garage and fence and needed a updated RPR so I called Sexsmith Surveys. They were very friendly and reasonable priced as compared to other companies. The RPR was done promptly and mailed right to my home. Great experience I would call the company again in the future for their services!
Carpet cleaning and furnace cleaning
I had Lyle come in and clean my carpets as well he cleaned my furnace and ducts throughout my house. He did a great job my carpets looked like new I thought I would have to replace them after having a renter walk throughout my house with shoes on the entire time he rented my home but Lyle was able to get all the stains and odour out he's definitely the expert. All of my vents were cleaned and sanitized as well as my furnace. He also threw in a free dryer vent clean, did a great job unclogging all of the lint caught in the vent. He is honest, reliable and through I will be hiring him again this year!
Purchase of Watersoftener unit
I purchased a water softener unit from Greenhalls Watercare, Cam came to my house to install it and it only took an hour. He provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. After the unit was installed he took the time to show me how the unit works and if I had any problems to call him and he would come out and take a look. Also he was willing to warranty the softer for 2 years. If anyone was considering to purchase or rent a water softener this would be the company to do this from as they have been in the business for 45 years!
My mother - in had recommended that I go to Oaktree Carpet to purchase lino for a bathroom floor, They had a great selection and also had lino that was cut and rolled which was reduced in price. It was on for an amazing price for just $55!! I would come here again to buy more flooring in the future.
Purchsed a new fridge from Habitat for Humanity and got an amazing deal for a almost new fridge! Great place to go for appliances. The service is also very good, they are even willing to reduce prices!
Overall they were good but, but they ran into some problems as the new windows that were ordered were too small. The guys ended up having to spend an extra two days installing all of the windows. On the first day they started they were late and a little unorganized.
This company was the cheapest for purchasing carpet, as we compared them to 3 toher companies. We arranged our install date for installing the carpet they showed up on time and did a great job. I would check this place out before anywhere else for carpet or lino in the future.
