We had Home Decor install 2 executive front doors and a cutom wrought iron window in August. Overall the doors are nice, as is the window, however, response time and quality of work is something that was not up to our standards. The team who installed the doors left a large scratch behind and did not proactively reach out to us to fix it. These doors cost $7000 and if we wanted a door with a scratch on it I'm sure we could have paid far less. We hounded the company to come and have someone fix the door and it was a very frustrating experience. A company that leaves a scratch behind on day one, basically leaving you with a damaged product, and then you have to chase them down to fix it shows little integrity and non-existent customer service. After a many weeks they finally sent someone to fix the scratch. Once the panel had been reinstalled we noticed 2 new scratches on the door left by Home Decor's team. We once again called the company to find out what could be done have yet to hear back. It has been quite a few weeks now and we’ve heard nothing. As of today we have expensive new doors with scratches on them and not even an apology from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

We were surprised to receive this review. This customer received a beautiful door system within the delivery time frame. The door was installed and as with all our installations a Completion Form was returned to our office completed by the Customer completely happy with the process from the initial representative to the installation including the comment "Excellent crew to work with & represent your company". Unfortunately, when the peephole was installed on the door, the installer left a small scratch. We arranged with this customer to replace the scratched panel & upon completion of the service, this customer signed-off on the service that it was inspected & completed to her satisfaction. So it seems a contradiction of facts which we document on file. It is unfortunate that this customer feels that she did not receive service to her satisfaction that warranted such a negative review.
