Our heat pump needed to be relevelled as the platform it was sitting on had settled. Brad & his colleague made sure it was stable by adding extra rocks under the platform. They also noticed our pipe for our tankless water heater wasnt installed properly (bc they heard a gurgling sound) & fixed that as well. They were professional & clearly take pride in their workmanship. They exceeded our expectations, especially bc customer service seems to be a lost goal these days. Bravo for renewing my faith!
