Our hot tub was purchased and installed by International Pool and Spa Centre in Oakville. We needed repairs to the motor after the spa was damaged by a lightening storm in March 2007. The repairs were to be done by the service department in Mississauga in May. Now it is October 2007 and the repairs have not been completed. No followup contacts by the company and when we call, there is always an answering machine but we cannot leave a message as the box is full. Unacceptable repairs service. How good is a product if the after-sale service is non existence?

Work commenced on March 2006 but needed constant oversight of work-in-progress by owner to ensure that the work would be completed. Owner made progress payments on a timely basis. Final billing in July 2006 was overcharged due to a calculation error. The owner repeatedly requested Massimo to refund the overpayment since July 2006 to June 2007. Massimo continues to ignore emails and telephone messages. Total lost of $700. Cannot recommend this contractor based on irresponsible behaviours and poor business dealing.
