Victor gave a clear and understandable outline of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I couldn't be there during the project, and when I came back I was thrilled with the design,. the quality of the workmanship and the neatness if the site. Victor and his assistant Kirsten had gone to a great deal of trouble to adjust the height of the handrail on the front steps to suit both the code and my disability, and the results were outstanding. They had also made excellent choices in the tiles and the toilet, especially given that they had to work within my relatively modest budget. The job came in under budget and under estimate, and I feel that I got outstandingly good value. I have already recommended Victory Carpentry to several friends and will definitely continue to do so!

The people at Tender Touch were superb from start to finish! From Maria, who did my booking and gave great advice about how many movers to have and what size of truck, to the men who did the actual move, they were invariably courteous, patient, helpful and caring. They took excellent care of every item, and treated me with great kindness and patience when the sheer stress of moving threatened to make me snap. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent move that's as painless as it can possibly be at a very fair price!
