We have worked with Blair before and found him to be very intuitive in terms of understanding what you want. He built and installed first mantel which was victorian in design and this time we were going for a more contemporary look. He was really helpful in terms of sourcing material for mantel as I wanted to go with a walnut. I knew what we were going for but wasn't sure about scale nor was I aware of code issues with respect to fireplace--not once did I hear "no we can't" rather his response was "we'll make it work". The result was a beautifully finished piece that looks more like furniture than a fireplace frame. A real artist and pure genius! AAAAAA+++++

Great guys! had them lay the new hardwood floor after we removed all the the old strip flooring and prepared subfloor. Reason we didn't do job on our own and got the pros was because of tricky cuts around fireplace hearth tile, variation in height between floor transitions and LOTS of corners. The boys were meticulous in fitting around tile and came up with great solution to transition issues. As always, clean up is important to me and they came well equipped with a vacuum and broom top clean up dust. Would highly recommend them. P.S. they were prompt and kept all appointment--what a breath of fresh air!

Pool equipment was sitting on gravel and patio stone--everything was listing. Malibu came in, moved existing stone, disassembled all equipment, set forms and poured new pad, then reassembled all equipment. Was a hideous mess before, but now it's all neat and clean. They did such a nice job on the pad that we decided to go ahead with a patio off the pool deck. Again, they were excellent on consulting with regard to shape, size, colour and stamping. Very little damage to yard as Jack had them hand dig hole and then barrel in the concrete. Can't wait to start using it in the spring--looks like a slab of slate! Two thumbs up

Frank from Anfra Tile is a pro at what he does--the original work was done by another tile company and was not done correctly. Anfra came in, removed the old tiles and replaced them. he also took care of the leak problem around the tub caused by other contractor. We have now used them for two other jobs and found them to provide excellent customer service and top quality work--we highly recommend them!

Had old stipple ceiling with water damage crack and removed old pine panelling. He did a great job of providing a beautiful smooth surface with minimal dust. A true artist with plaster -- he wouldn't quit until it was perfect! Would definitely hire him again.

You have to love Mr. Electric, the price is the price! Easy to follow pricing list & Mike does a really thorough job--it's obvious to see that he takes pride in what he does. Wore booties in the house, doormat at the front entrance to wipe their feet and they vacuumed up their mess when they were done. A real pleasure to deal with!

Very meticulous with measurement and installation. They came out to measure twice, had an additional tradesperson come out to check our trusses since it was an unusual roof. Latest window technology, great fit, not only did they take care of installing the windows, but detail oriented installer also fixed our sticking door and lock just because "it was bugging him". Nice clean up. Brought out sample shingles to make sure everything matched AND they repaired ice damage patch. Great service!

Fantastic arbourists! They really care about the health of the trees rather than just hacking them down. We 5 30-40 foot dresses thinned and dead limbs removed. They cleaned up all debris and cut firewood for us. Clean up was so well done that my husband didn't realize that they were even there! Our trees look great, well shaped and the damage sustained by animals to one tree is doing well. AAA+

Awesome service, they hand wash the entire exterior of the house including cleaning out the gutters and getting moss off chimney bricks. These guys love to clean--they even pressure washed part of my fence that had moss growing even though I hadn't asked them to do it, they just thought it would look better from the street!

Had an old dining room furniture set, loved the size and the style but wasn't worth refinishing. Contacted Janelle to discuss what we could expect from painting the set. She was very helpful and now we have a beautiful one-of-a-kind dining set for a fraction of the cost! Staff is patient, knowledgeable and does A+ work! Looking forward to having them do more pieces.
