Lower than expected quality of workmanship. Initial job often very sloppy. Many portions of the project required re doing due to low intial quality. Also despite initial appearances, project was not well organized and required constant scrutiny to make sure the project was completed as requested. In the end work was satisfactory but not without significant effort on my part.
