Painless experience with this company. Just needed a single window to be replaced and the transaction went smoothly. After receiving a quote over the phone the owner, nice guy, came by the following day and the details were finalized. Week or so later installers took measurements and the window was ordered and then installed about three weeks after. Communication was good and timelines were met. Installers were in and out just under an hour and cleaned up leaving no trace. Happy to recommend Milano to others based on my experience. Thanks.

Had 4 windows replaced including a rather large one done brick to brick. After several estimates I went with Dimitry and Visage. After initial contact Dimitry was able to come over and provide an estimate almost immediately. During the visit he went over the details of the exact windows he could install including having a couple samples to show. The estimate provided was very fair in comparison to others and was the exact amount paid in the end . The work was done in timely fashion (within 3 weeks) and the 2 man crew worked efficiently without any issues. The windows look great and no problems have been encountered. Do not hesitate calling Dimitry for an estimate.

The experience with Cutting Edge and Robert was outstanding. To start the estimate was given personally from Robert just one day after the request. Despite the sudden rainfall his demeanor was positive and he took time to explain what exactly they would do and what type of product was best. The estimate itself was great and that was before the estimate given for replacing two skylights. Robert claimed it was no big hassle to install a couple skylights if they were re-shingling and said he would only charge for the cost of the skylights themselves and no additional cost for labour. While I cannot verify the exact cost of the skylights I'm led to believe he was serious as the other quotes given for the same branded skylights ranged from notably higher to outrageously higher. All the work was completed in one day by Robert and his crew without any issues. It was a pleasure to deal with Cutting Edge and anyone who needs work done on their roof is doing themselves a disservice if they don't call Robert for an estimate.
