Our upstairs shower was down into the first floor behind the drywall. This happened on Good Friday and I was worried I'd have to pay an arm and a leg to come out on Easter Weekend. I waited until Saturday and called and Alex contacted me to come out and have a look at the shower. Despite a mistake on my part, I caused him to think the job was off, when I phoned him later in the day to ask where was he, he politely told me that I hadn't texted him my address so he thought the job was off. And although this was his day off, he still came to do my job about 1 hour after my second call! Very polite, very nice people, even Vladimir who took my original call. As for the job itself, it turned out to be small than what I thought (thank God!) and he did have to cut the drywall, but explained everything he did and showed me inside the hole so I could see what the problem was. He ran the shower and made sure I watched downstairs to make sure no water was coming down the wall and I was satisfied. The repair was made within 30 minutes and we can shower again! Thank you Alex for coming on your day off and despite my confusion with the time! I really appreciate it!!!

Joe and his son Justin can to my home to rehang some very old bifold doors that were removed when the carpet was installed. The installer had taken them out without marking which one went where - not a problem - Joe & Justin figured it out! the doors were very old, some of the hardware was ceased, some was missing, one piece was inside the hollow door and they even got that out. The price was reasonable, they were pleasant and I was happy to have them in my home. As a single woman sometimes I am worried that repairment will over charge - not in this case! and in one particular spot where Jusitn was not happy with it, he made sure to show it to me and ask me if I was ok with it, and explained and showed me that my doorframe was not level. What I really thought showed prfoessionalism, is when Justin flippe dthe doors around and relocated the hardware in order to put the best door in the best spot - that was going the extra mile for me! They were awesome and I highly recommend them. They are true handymen and do lots of jobs, they will be coming back to my home to do some more small jobs!

I moved into my house in the spring and used the furnace for the first time this winter. the ductwork was making a great popping sound which worried me. I called in for mataintenance adn they inspected the furnace and installed a rigid strapping on the return ductwork to stop it from popping. Everything was explained to me. They also discussed the air filter with me. They took the time to educate me on what I should be doing. Richard even noticed my dryer vent in the room and gave me tips on how to change the ducting to improve efficiency and so that I wasn't having to dry the clothes twice! Overall the service was great and they took time with me and my questions, which I really appreciated!

I was trying to replace the front door deadbolt with one that had an electronic touch pad. unfortunately the hole was not wide enough and the drill bit i bought did not go through metal doors, just wood. the costs involved in getting the proper tools were ridiculous and I'd already slept without a front lock for 1 night! I called them, they arrived within 2 hours, 2 young men who had all the proper tools. they drilled the hole in the door and that was all I was going to pay for, but they also installed the lock for me and made sure it worked and programmed it. All in all, it was worth the money to know that I and my child were secure in the house!

I had owned my house for 2 weeks and needed a new water heater as the one it came with was very old. Someone came to my door and it was just at the right time. I had also just replaced the basement carpet with a cream berber. They scheduled the delivery of the new heater and I was so nervous about the carpet. The delivery man was nice, took off his shoes, I told him to be careful and he even wiped down the wheels of the dolly that carried the heater. I was very impressed with their service! And I've had no issues iwtht he heater either!
