From beginning to end, Serge, was a true professional. Every time he promised to do something, he followed through. He visited our home, photographed the damage, sent me a quote along with a detailed method of payment through Interac e-mail for the deposit. He revisited our home and matched the colour of our soffit and fascia, then sent me an e-mail with a picture of it. He originally told me that he could do the job in 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather. I was concerned about an animal possibly getting into the house because of the missing soffit and asked him if he could prioritize the job. He promised to attempt the job the next day, weather permitting. He sent me a weather report link in an e-mail which showed that it would be cold and windy the next day with snow in the afternoon. To say that Serge is extremely detail-oriented is an understatement. The next day, I pumped gas on my way to work and it was so cold and windy that I expected him to delay the job. Three hours later, he sent me an e-mail indicating that he had finished the repair along with pictures of the job. I was very impressed by his commitment and the quality of the job. I can recommend Serge with great confidence based on the experience that I had. He is a true professional and that is very rare among contractors, based on my experience.
