We were notified on short notice that a shipment of furniture was arriving from the United States and we needed to refinish the floor prior to the furniture arriving. Due to the circumstances, Demetri came to our house immediately and refinished the hardwood floor on the following day. He did us a huge favor and did a wonderful job. His crew was neat and clean. We highly recommend Demetri and his company and we will definitely use him again in the future when the need arises.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a contractor. I would rate KP 11 out of 10 if possible. Kris was always punctual, reliable and available to respond to my concerns. His crew completely excavated around the perimeter of my house, waterproofed, laid membrane and weeping tiles, backfilled the entire perimeter, demolished and removed the old concrete walkway and poured a new concrete walkway extending from the city sidewalk to the back of the house. His crew worked efficiently and all aspects of the job were completed within several days. They were neat and clean and kept the property in immaculate condition. My property was in a better condition after their work was completed. They returned (as promised) 2 months after the waterproofing was completed (to allow for settling) and completed the concrete walkway. Kris' policy of not accepting payment until the job was completed and I was satisfied, gave me confidence in his ability to provide the service that I needed. I AM THRILLED TO PAY HIM FOR WHAT HE PROVIDED!! I found his quote acceptable and reasonable for the scope of the work that was performed. KRIS AND KP WATERPROOFING RECEIVE MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!!

I found Gregg to be very knowledgable and thorough at our initial assessment appointment. He explained the nature and scope of the work required. He and his crew were very efficient and over the course of 2 days removed all the mold-infected material (wood, dry wall, insulation, etc.) from my basement. They disposed of all the material in a disposal bin and left my house, both interior and exterior, in a very neat and clean state. Following his work, he tested the basement for the presence of mold (through a laboratory facility) and favorable results came back. My finishing carpenter was very impressed with the extent of the work performed and the neat and clean condition in which the basement was left for him to continue with the reconstruction. Gregg was very accommodating and removed additional non-mold related debris from my house and garage and disposed of it in his disposal bin, at no additional cost. I was very impressed with the work Gregg and his crew performed for me and I would recommend him to friends and family if his services were required. Thanks, Gregg.

I have used Sam for the past 6 years for numerous office and residential plumbing projects. He has always returned my calls promptly and provided me with the required services in a quick and effective manner. My experiences with him have shown him to be punctual and dependable. I have found his fees for services provided to be fair and reasonable. I will continue to use him whenever the need arises and I always recommend him when someone requests the name of a good plumber.

Booking the actual job was quite simple and the company was flexible and accomodating with the date selected. The installers were punctual and very efficient and completed the installation within several hours. The installers detected additional problems that required attention after they removed the old eavestroughs. They corrected the additional problems after obtaining my approval for the additional work and associated costs. The worksite was left in a clean condition. I would use Eni and his team again if the need should arise and I give them my highest recommendation.
