I had an amazing experience. I am a new home owner and a new pool owner, and Bryan made this adventure a memorable one. When first buying the house, Bryan came to meet us (before putting the offer in) since he put the liner in. He told us all about the pool, pump, age, and what to expect with owning a pool. He was very honest and gave us all the information we needed to make the choice to go through with the purchase. Once the summer hit (which we wish came sooner), we called Bryan again to open our pool. His crew did an amazing job and set everything up for us. The only things left for us to do was the weekly maintenance, and filling up the pool. The guys were very knowledgeable and owned a pool themselves, so they were able to teach me little tricks on how to maintain a clean pool (the one guy was Parker, and I forget the other name). They also shocked the pool and made sure the chlorine levels were all good for our first swim. Like I said, amazing experience, amazing people, great company. I will for sure be using them every year to open and close my pool, and any issues that may arise (hopefully there isn't any). Great job to BT Pools, thank you for exceeding my expectations.
