A central vac failure, found it to be the motor itself. Was a low cost unit and quit just after the 5 year warranty expired. Purchased a Beam on advice from Bill. Installed it myself with some verbal advice from Bill. Install was not difficult. I learned a few things I did not know about central vacs systems. Unit works great and like that it has a 10 year warranty. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I think I made the right choice and an excellent deal. I recommend this business.
