I had different electrical companies come to my house and took forever to give me a quote or respond, very expensive, and seemed confused when I made a request to install pot lights? Not pot lights experts. They blew the competition away in every category. Hussein and his team are very prompt, Knowledgeable and Al gave me the best price! I had 46 pot lights installed along with electrical work installed for a wall mount heater I put in my front enclosure it took 3.5hrs! Same day installation! I work in the hvac field along side electricians and can tell you I am very happy with the work this company did and how they treat their customers. Looking forward to having them back to install more lights!

Me and my wife were expecting a new baby and had some last minute renovations we wanted done before the arrival of the newborn. Palm Rose developments took on the challenge, at a very competitive price, and completed the job within the time frames quoted. We found Peter who is the owner of Palm Rose to be respectable
