I chose this company mainly based on reviews on this site. I met Mike upon arrival. Mike and also rest of people in company were very informative, friendly and polite and provided all information I needed, as I researched before.
Mike came over for measurement, exactly on time.
During installation day, three people showed up. They did a very neat job. I give 10 out of 10 for installation. It was fun to see how they work and they cleaned after themselves.
If I had beers or drinks in my place, for sure I would have treated them but I had nothing.
In short, if in future I move to another place or someone asks for a great granite kitchen installer, I certainly recommend this company.

Wow are the reviews ever bang on. We had our counters installed yesterday. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Mark and his team are on time, caring, perfectionists. The granite is just beautiful. They allowed us to change our minds and pick a raw slab rather than the prefabricated. The undermount sink is beautiful. The workmanship is second to none. Stop shopping around!!! The combination of service and price is second to none. They went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. Installers were very professional and felt like they were working on a house of their own. Great job guys and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for granite countertops.

After researching many of the granite fabricators in the GTA, I stumbled across Tempo Tech in Mississauga and am truly glad I did. I should start by saying that their quote was at least $1500 less than the closest competitor (and normally when you shop for the lowest price, you sacrifice something in the quality) but this was definitely not the case with Tempo Tech. Not only did I get the lowest price (for some of the most expensive granites including top quality faucets and sinks), but I received 5+ star service from beginning to end – and I am one picky customer.

I have now used Tempo Tech on 2 separate occasions (The first was for my kitchen counters and the second time they completed my bathroom vanities). In both cases, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality in the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality, attentiveness, and customer service that Tempo Tech delivered. These guys really care and went out of their way to make my experience a great one. They were quick to accommodate every special request I made beginning with allowing me to choose the specific granite slab I wanted, cutting my counters without a seam (and did not charge extra like all of the other shops). They even sent out a scratch specialist on a Sunday (at their expense) because my contractor scratched my counter when putting in my backsplash. These guys really care and have definitely found the lost the art of true customer service. I would refer them to anyone a thousand times over. We read all the review before we choose this company,cause everyone gave comment, we strongly believe they will do a very good job.
It suppose to be a 3-4 hours job, they bring in my granite and found out 1 piece has wrong measurement that made my stove off center under the mircowave. They need to take it back and recut it. Came back the next day and install the whole countertop in 3 hours, then we found out they used 2 different thickness granite to made my L-shape countertop.One piece is 0.33 inch thicker than the other and that look so awful where it join together and seam is all chip not a smooth cut. And the countertop on both side of stove has different size overhang ,one stick out 1 inch the other side stick out only 0.5 inch or may be not even. The worth thing is they glue and finish everything without telling us this situation. We found out and the installor call his boss and my husband have to deal with him for almost an hour on the phone. Finally he agree to recut a new piece with same thickness and redo it to make it right. But here is the problem everything is glue and done, they have to cut the granite inside my house to take it apart. I just think if they tell me the truth, I will not let them to install it then I dont need to waste 2 days to clean my whole house after that.
They came back the 3rd day and finally I have my countertop that get done how it suppose to be and the new cut line is straight and not chip,the overhang all same and thickness is the same and it look good.
All I am saying is that is suppose to be get done right at the first place not after the customer find out then fix it.
All this company do is measure kitchen, cut the granite and install it.They didnt measure mine right and cut it wrong and install the problem piece and hoping customer don't realize it - that's wrong. On their website, they said they use 3-D digital template measurement, not for my kitchen , they use measurement tape.
Also, after they left, I found out the sink that I purchased from them has 4 big scratch on it. But that nothing I can do because it is a undermount sink.I didnt bother call them and mention that cause I don't think they will replace it(cause that also mean cutting the granite again).I guess I'm just not lucky.

TorontoGranite staff was very professional, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them, or use their services again in the future. The counter top looks great, and the price was reasonable. I’m very happy with the result.

Granite counter tops are made of cold stone but the people at TempoTech that sell them have warm hearts.We decided to renovate our kitchen and bathroom,but for new countertops where to go?We've been burnt by pseudo"high quality"materials and unethical workers before.We are thanking our lucky stars we found TempoTech on homestars.com.Do not hesitate;if you want high quality granite,reasonable prices and excellent customer service go to Mirko and his family.The granite that they install is embedded with the beauty of their souls and the warmth of their hearts.

The price was very reasonable and they also provided us with the sinks and faucets needed. We are very happy with the end result and look the new look of our kitchens & bathrooms!!

A great experience with TorontoGranite.com. The price was very affordable, installation was great, and great selection of styles to choose from. Not to mention very fast turn-around - I was expecting 4-6 weeks, but it was ready to be installed in a week! Will definitely recommend them to my friends!
