The Company of GTA Wildlife did a great job for us. This is a professional Company, has the experience worker and they know how to help people. We really appreciate that and must choose the company next time.

This is my second time using Gta Wildlife Removal And Pest Control. The first time was 1 year ago, when a raccoon had come into an old chimney near the back of the house. Troy set up a 1-way door, and the raccoon problem was solved. Simple! The raccoon has not been back since.

This time, I called Troy back for an unrelated issue: a mouse had made its way into my ceiling between the first and second floor. I set up the appointment with Troy, he came on time, prepared, and was helpful. He did a full inspection of the house (inside, out, and climbed on the roof). He set me up with a trap and bait. When he was up there, he took a quick look at my neighbour's (poorly installed) 1-way door on their chimney as well. Also, he noticed my dryer vent's mesh was too fine, so he gave me some screen and bolts. Very helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, reasonably priced. Troy's my pest guy.

First experience with bed bug treatment. Ian came out when he said he would. Did not visually inspect to confirm that there were signs of bed bugs. Treatment lasted all of 5mins. Usually would say that a service provider completing their job quickly is a good sign in this case after consultation with Toronto Public health and other service providers it seems that either pesticide was discharged without reason which is illegal or they did not use pesticide but still charged for it.

I called at least 10 other companies and GTA Wildlife stood out from the first conversation. Since then I have interacted with 3 different employees (one on the phone and two in person) and they are all personable informative and genuine. They were honest about the service they provided and its success rate. They showed up on time and honored their warranty. They will be the service I call for any pest issues and I will recomend them to all of my friends and family. Good customer service is hard to find and it should be rewarded when you do find it.

I had a problem of Raccoons living in the roof of my front porch. Troy came the same day and installed a one way door so the raccoons could get out but not back in. He came back a month later removed the door and repaired the roof in a way so that its unlikely they can get back in.
Troy was professional courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company if you have a raccoon issue

Living in a semi in downtown Toronto my neighbours and I both required bait boxes inside and out. Kevin and his team at GTA were responsive, professional and personable. Huge shout out to Justin

Kevin was the first person to come check our house and set up bait stations in our house. He was very friendly and sympathetic.

The other times was Justin and he was phenomenal and professional. He made sure all questions were answered and he was super friendly and brought his ladder to check our attic through a very tiny opening. He was very thorough, and my neighbour and I are very happy with Justin's work ethic.

We heard sounds in our attic and choose GTA Wildlife after researching their company. Troy came and discovered that we have Squirrels living in there. Troy took pride in doing the work and is a very pleasant person he advise us on the different stages of the job.

Their customer service is excellent.
I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

A great big thank you to Troy Leneeuw!!! He was fast, efficient and did an amazing job setting the trap and repairing the hole. You cannot see where the racoon entered the eaves because Troy did such a great job concealing the repair. I highly recommend this company and Troy! Thank you again!

A swarm of yellow-jacket wasps had embedded within the cracks in the masonry on the side of our brick bungalow. Carl came out, sprayed the area and by the next day, no trace of wasps.

Now a month later, still no wasps. Very pleasant dealing with this company and Carl. Would unhesitatingly and enthusiastically recommend to deal with any pest or wildlife nuisance.
