Many thanks for taking the time to write this great review ,The years do pass by fast it feels like yesterday. I remember our initial meeting when we all started putting this project together , gathering the information from you in regards to your wish list, needs , privacy , featured required , Material selection ,as well to having your house and back yard facing a beautiful conservation area and not blocking this natural view and beauty . It was a very challenging job and I keep telling my new prospective customer that a good design and great project comes to reality
*( Alive) only if the customer helps and work closely with his/her designer during all phases of the project from design , execution , planting , material selection , outdoor furniture....etc. And you and Jian were those customers . It was a pleasure working with you on all phases of this amazing project.
I do recall one small part of this project when we tried out sourcing the bamboo and we couldn't find any supplier close by and one day during the project you and jain found a supplier somewhere in Cambridge , Burlington ...!, and you came to me saying hey gus we found a supplier however , we will need a long van or vehicle to get them to site. And I recall you wanted to hand select them one by one and not have the supplier deliver them randomly. So we decided to empty the tools out one of our van and have you both drive out west to get those Bamboo. That day made me realize that being a good landscape design/build is important , but what makes the project even better is having a meticulous customer that cares about the slightest details , colors and all elements of the project to blend together well..... and that's all because of you ... thank you .

Thanks for taking the time in writing a review , it's very highly appreciated, and thank you as well for pointing out on the things that we should watch out in the future jobs . especially in tight areas and small backyards and houses that are very close to each other's and the laneway is shared by all the neighbours around .
We at so green stand behind our warrantee and we always come back and try to correct if needed correction , within the timeline of the set warranty as per our contract and estimate ,and this is what differentiate us from our competitors
Hope this spring you and Jack will have a great time to enjoy and finish planting whatever you missed from last year! I'm sure it's gonna look beautiful when the back yard is in full bloom. please invite me when it's in full-bloom this summer so i can take few pictures to add them in our gallery , and portfolio . It was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to working with you in the future .

Thank you for the great review did you have posted on HomeStars ,I really do appreciate it very much , knowing that this job has been finished almost around five or six years ago if I recall .
We both work hard on the design and we were very careful with all the elements involved (the water feature, fireplace , the niche and the deck ) taking privacy as one of the essential issues .

I'm glad that you and your friends and your neighbours are enjoying your landscaping project especially the backyard , I'm sure you're eager and waiting for the spring to come to hopefully start enjoying it again . if I ever been in the neighbourhood I will drop by and say hello ,wish you the best of the spring and the summer I look forward talking to you soon.

Hi there !
We've done several sodding jobs this year the only way to rectify the above mentioned issues , is we need to know who are you first so that we can send you an invoice !!!. Which we usually send prior to getting paid . But I am happy to send one if we didn't - sorry .
And in regards to grass maintenance instructions we always tell our customer all required prior to first cut . The sods that we bring in has all the nutrient needed and fertilizer to get them started in there new home !

I would like to thank you for taking the time after almost 2 or so years of finishing this job .

I know that you have renovated all of your house from inside and you have dealt with many contractor of different type . This process is challenging process for Yonge customer like yourself and I give you so much credit for what you have done. As landscape designers / contractors we always comes at the end and that's worry me after customers have gone thru hirring so many other contractors and this puts us under a bigger spot light . I am glad that the landscaping work turned out the way we both invisioned and design . The selection of the material was perfect as well as colour and space
Send us pictures in the summer when it's all furnished and bloomed
