I called out to get a gas line put in (Nick jumped out because he had the same name as my brother), had to call him. So glad I did. His price was comparable to the other prices, but he spent the time really helping me understand the hard pipe vs flex (although flex was cheaper with all the estimates) I really did not want to add one more thing to the inside of the house to hurt the air due to sensitivities. He completely understood and did not try to talk me into it. He arranged to come in quickly knowing with the kitchen Reno really needed to get the stove working. His work looks great, even painted the pipe so it is barely even noticeable. Both him and the other gentleman were very polite. They set up the stove tested it and even gave me information, especially to let the oven cook with nothing first... I would not have thought of that. Definitely adding to my list of go to calls in the future or referrals. Thank you Nick and Team... first night in weeks we were able to have a real meal where everyone had a warm plate... of course kids ordered pancakes or crepes... they really were tastier off the gas stove ...

They were on time. Brought all materials. Cleaned up after themselves. The hole in brick was perfectly cut and finished. Unit works perfectly. Great job would definitely use then again in the future

I called a few places off of Google about the installation of my stainless Steele range hood chimney and Nick explained everything in a professional manner (what needed to be done, what tools he will be using etc). He asked me a bunch of questions about where the hood was going to be installed so that he can explain to me what needed to be done.

In this world, it is difficult to find a clean yet hard worker that pays attention to detail and really cares about the finished product. I Highly Recommend this company to anybody that wants first class service. Thank Nick and the crew!!

I was referred to Nick regarding the install of my new Ice/Water Dispensing Fridge, Gas Range, Above Range Microwave and Dishwasher. I was very pleased with the Service and Knowledge that Nick and his Assistant provided. They arrived slightly earlier than expected which was great and not only installed my appliances though provided a full demo after installation of the products with some tips and best practices for usage. Nick even found that my Water Meter was slightly leaking and encouraged me to call the City to replace the nuts and gaskets which was completed shortly after he was finished his work. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick again and/or recommend Metrowest to anyone who is looking for a quality installation of their appliances. Thank you for everything Nick and Pat!

I contacted Nick after I found Metro West Gas on Homestars . He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new installation of Range Hood, Cook top, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Convection Oven Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer. I opted for the stainless steel hose for the Washer over the manufacturer-supplied ones.

The refrigerator wouldn't fit through the front door so it had to be dismantled from the garage and brought in and reassembled in the kitchen. Understandably this meant a lot more work so it was a little extra.

Very professional and clean workmanship. I will definitely hire again for future projects. Highly recommended.

The guys did a really nice installation job and cutting into the brick for a vent exhaust. They right on time and quick to complete the task, but thorough. I would have given 5 stars if they'd have picked up and removed all of the garbage and debris from the job.

I can't recommend Nick highly enough. He asked all the right questions during out initial phone conversation, making sure we were on the same page and therefore saving time down the road. He showed up when promised, quickly assessed the situation on site, and got right to work, installing a new gas line to our barbeque. An hour and a half later the job was complete, with no muss and no fuss, and we have since been making great use of our BBQ. Thanks, Nick!

We contacted Metrowest for the installation of four appliances for our new kitchen.
Nick responded promptly to the email, quoted a fair price and set a tentative week for installation (based on the other trades being finished). To our delight and after finding out his skill set, he was also able to install new bathroom fans where none existed before.
Nick was always easily reachable for any questions, was flexible in changes to the schedule and behaved more like an older brother then just a hired hand.
Nick and Pat completed the work expertly and were a pleasure to meet and have in our home.
