After a kitchen gut, my exterior wall was left a mess, all cut, half siding torn off. So many windows added it was hard to figure out how to make it pleasing. Serge made the greatest impression, visited several times, very organized, very fair, very determined to make a small, tough job, pleasing in the end. No short cuts.
EVerything was as he said it would be. But the final results were even better in my eyes than I could have imagined. He met the challenge..and brought me such relief. I found All County Aluminum on Home Stars and I am glad I did. I was having problems with my old aluminum downspouts. One drained into an underground pipe to the sewage system and had become clogged and the other 2 drained into the lawn through PVC pipes. The problem with the PVC set-up is that in winter, the water in the PVC pipes freezes solid and any melting that occurs during the day flows right into the ground right next to the house. This sometimes causes seepage into the basement.

Serge is a very likeable and pleasant individual and explained the work that should be done very clearly. He explained to me the pros and cons of the different gutter protection systems to help me decide what I needed (I selected the Alu-Rex leaf guard system). He told me what needed to be done with the downspouts and took the time to match the colour of the new downspout extensions as closely as possible to the existing, non-standard eavestroughs Serge and the team completed the work very professionally and even repaired the soffit and aluminum when they found a section that squirrels had knawed through. I would unreservedly recommend All County Aluminum to anyone.

Now that our eavestroughs have been put to the test with three recent heavy downpours, we can finally sing the praises of All County Aluminum. There aren’t many contractors whom we could trust more than Serge to get the job done expertly and on time. We still can’t get over how fast the work was done from planning to execution. Our eavestroughs were in such bad shape that we had two mini Niagara Falls, one at the front over the door (!) and another at the back of the house (outside my bedroom window!). To add to our misadventure a flashstorm created a small lake in our basement, which we had to clean up the night before we went on holiday. We learned the hard way how important it is to have good eavestroughs. Now thankfully we have an intelligently designed system that allows us to sleep peacefully during heavy rainstorms and a basement that stays dry. Serge knows EVERYTHING about eavestroughs from design to materials, to proper downspout placement and width, to leaf guards (highly recommended if you have tall trees close to your home). Bonus – he has the workers to do the job professionally and efficiently. The clean up was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company (and owner). And how could I forget – at a very reasonable price!

Serge came out a few weeks ago and took a look at my Eavestrough's which I was concerned about due to tigerstrips. Serge came out a few days after I called him and explained that this is normal and nothing to be concerned about. He took the time to go up on the ladder and ensure that everything looked correct. I had 5 other company's with 3 of them stating my eave's needed to be replaced. Just goes to show you there are some honest people out there.

In the end Serge is a stand up guy. He came out took the time to ensure there was not problems and did not charge me anything.

Serge managed the replacement of our siding, eaves, soffits, fascia, and downspouts. On Serge's recommendation, we put vinyl siding over our old wood siding, along with 1inch of insulation. Our eaves were in bad shape, so we replaced those along with the soffits/fascia to match. We had the work done mostly during February, which was a great time to do it since we weren't outside much anyway.

Serge's price was reasonable; comparable to other companies, although I'm confident that Serge's team did a much better job than the others would have. They were very good with the details, including custom framing our windows, adding some needed extra insulation in places, and designing a better-functioning system of eaves than our old one. They also replaced our old soffit-lights in the front, installed gable vents, and sealed everything well.

Serge and his team were a pleasure to work with, very helpful during the design/colour picking phase, made mock-ups of some of the decorative areas so we could choose between options, and were happy to answer all of our questions. Serge is also very responsive via phone and email, despite how busy his top-rated company must be.

We are very happy with the new look and operation of our siding/eaves, plus our house is now warmer and puddle-free!

Serge was a pleasure to work with. The work perfomed exceeded my expectations (was completed just a few hours ago). Very competitive with pricing. We had All County aluminum install two doors and two windows last year. Dealing with All County was a breeze. Serge gave a quote that was accurate and fair. Due to a delay at the factory in making the doors the job had to be put on hold. Serge immediately contacted us to alert us to these problems. He was truly concerned with ensuring that we had great customer service. The job was done in a day and a half, looked great and was exactly as we hoped it would be.

The best aspect of All County was continued high quality service even after the job was completed. When flashing on the front door came loose I called Serge at All County (Flashing came loose not because of defect in work but as we have black flashing in direct sun, the temperature variations over the winter caused the metal to expand and contract loosening it). The next day he was out to re-secure it. When I needed a receipt for tax purposes I emailed Serge. The next day I was sent a receipt.

I have, and will continue to recommed All County Aluminum to my friends. And in the future when we plan to change more windows and the eavestroughing the only company I will call is All County.

Shopped around at competitors- Serge was the most knowledgeable, and provided the best service and product at a very competitive price. He replaced an odd size basement window that his competitors could not. Over 10 windows were installed by professionals in less than a day. Would highly recommend All County Aluminum!
