We had several quotes for siding on our downtown row-house. Frankly, some were lower, but we liked Serge as soon as we met him because not only did he take proper measurements and show up with a trunk full of samples, but he gave us a number of options and quotes on the spot. It was obvious that he 'gets it'. It took some time to complete our job because of Hurricane Sandy, but everything in the contract was completed above our expectations. Serge is an excellent communicator and kept in touch througout the job. We would not hesitate to recommend him or serve as references. All in all Excellent -- 11 out of 10! Thank you Serge.

It was a painless experience dealing with Serge. He provided me with a timely and fair quote (unlike two other companies that failed to return my calls). He made sure to keep me up to date on all aspects of the work involved as it progressed and did a final walkabout with me when it was complete to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. A very good experience all round.

I had received a number of estimates for the work I needed done but frankly because of reviews on this site I chose to go ahead with All County. Their quote was fair and they were able to not only do the windows, but some tricky aluminum work at the front of the house that others would not attempt. Serge was a pleasure to deal with. The crew started and finished the project without trying to slide another one in the middle and most importantly my wife loved how they cleaned everything up before they left.

It is a pleasure to write this review of my experience with All County Aluminium. I chose the company because of the positive reviews they received on this site and I never regretted my decision. The job was a big one for me - complete siding, 2 windows, custom door and screen, soffit, facia & eavestroughs. Serge was great. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, detailed, pleasant and funny. He made numerous visits during the planning stage and always followed up in a timely manner. Whenever there was a hiccup, he kept me informed and explained things fully. I had no issue with pricing matters; Serge was always fair in his negotiations.

The men who did the actual work were pleasant, polite, punctual, neat and creative. Everyone involved took pride in their work and it showed in the results.

We had already received quotes from other companies when we called Serge at All Country Aluminum. His quote was not the cheapest, but by far was not the most expensive. We decided to go with his company because he gave us the best presentation of materials, was able to provide a great variety of skills, was clearly the most knowledgeable and experienced, and was the the most professional and polite individual we had met with. I am the kind of person that thinks long and hard about what I want and how I want the end result to look before I begin a project . I must stress to everyone that the quality and final appearance of the job far exceeded what I could have imagined for my home.

My home is a 100 year old, wood framed semi that was covered in insulbrick. It also had old rotten wood outer window frames that were letting the drafts in and looking downright ugly. Serge and his team did a first rate job not only replacing them with with beautiful modern custom cut aluminum frames, but ensuring that all of the old gaps were properly filled and sealed. Beyond this, their attention to detail was absolutely flawless. Every corner of my home's exterior was expertly sealed and trimmed, not a hair out of line.

Serge and his team were always polite, pleasant, prompt and punctual. I was also impressed by how clean they worked as they never left a mess behind. It was a pleasure having them work on our home.

One of the good guys...My dealings with Serge have been very good ones. My last project consisted of a complete teardown of my existing siding around my home. Excellent workmenship, and fair prices.I will defiantly continue to use them for future projects.
