Garrison and Jamie arrived right within the slated time frame; Garrison gave me a reasonable estimate and it seemed that in just minutes he and Jamie had all the junk loaded in the truck. Thank you for liberating me from the junk I have accumulated over the years! I would certainly recommend this firm to all who are considering downsizing.

Jamie and Garrison were extremely friendly and competent. The job was done quickly-everything was in the garage. I would recommend this company and suggest that they take visa/credit card information online or by phone especially for jobs that are outdoors so that the customer does not have to be home.

Garrison and Aaron were tidy, professional, on time and quick to do their work. Similarly, office staff were helpful and pleasant when I called to arrange pick-up. I would only mark the company down slightly because they had to call to rearrange the pick-up date. That said, I will definitely use them again.

My grandparents are downsizing and they had more than 30 years of "stuff" that had accumulated in their basement. Garrison and Aaron came the same day we called, were polite, efficient, and very considerate. We will definitely be using them again as we continue to clear out my grandparents home.

I called RId-of-it because of the positive reviews on Homestars. I arranged for them to come the next day. Tim and Jamie arrived on time and quickly went about removing furniture and unwanted junk. They were pleasant and were very careful not to damage the walls. I was very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation.

I booked by phone so that I could coordinate removal with other deliveries. Easy and pleasant. Garrison and Derek called to say they were on their way - on time. We agreed on price prior to starting the move. They took care moving a couple of large items through a very narrow space. Very concerned with the surroundings to make sure nothing could get damaged. Very happy with the service. Derek and Garrison were on time, polite and professional.

Aaron and Chester worked quickly and efficiently to clear the front and back yard of our recent demolition debris. They called to let us know they were running slightly behind. They did an excellent job moving heavy and awkward waste and they managed to fit it all into one load. (Since we live on a hill, a bin wasn't feasible.) We'll absolutely be using their service again.

We needed to get rid of some large items- elliptical, 3-seater couch, recumbent bike, old mattress, garment rack. And save for the mattress, we wouldn't be able to lift these items out ourselves. For city scrap or even salvation army, the items have to be in your driveway or garage for collection. We could do neither. 1-800-RID-IT cam to the rescue - Aaron and Chester came well within the 2 hour window, got the stuff loaded and left no mess either! Thanks so much!!!

My brother-in-law sold his house and the closing is today. Aaron and Chester came on Saturday to dispose of everything inside the house and garage (all junk and furniture). They were very professional, very polite, friendly, patient, fast and efficient. It took about 2 1/2 hours and the whole house was completely vacant. They even bothered to clean the place afterwards. Thank you guys. We were given a very good price, too. We will definitely refer our friends and relatives to you. Thank you again!
