1 800 Rid Of It

I have been using 1-800RIDOFIT since 2010 and they are always happy to accomodate our company's needs. We've used them to remove heavy racking, systems furniture, old chairs, and general junk. They are always on time, quick to clear the junk, very reasonably priced, leave the area tidy, and do all this in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend 1-800-RID-OF-IT.

Cearan and Stewart helped us out this morning and were amazing. They were quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with especially first thing in the morning! We even had to add a few extra items and bags along the way and they had no problem with any of it. Definitely provided great service and with a smile.

We have used junk removal services from other companies in the past and weren't expecting much of anything other than a couple of summer students or minimum wage workers doing the very least possible to get the work done, especially considering we had only bought an online coupon rather than paying their normal rate. We bought the coupon for 1/6th of a truck service thinking we'll get rid of a good chunk of accumulated junk and would use a 2nd coupon from another company for the remainder.
The service was far better than we were expecting. When we called to book we spoke to a very friendly gentleman who gave us several days to chose from. Joel and Cearan called 15min before arriving, early in the 2hr window given when booking (2hr window for service! that was awesome on it's own! most places say something like 9-5..). Both Cearan and Joel were very polite, well groomed, with clean uniforms, and were eager to get work done.
We had our coupons worth in the truck within about 15min of hardcore working. We were so impressed with these two gents though that we asked them if they would be willing to do the rest of our stuff at the normal rate. They naturally eagerly agreed and emphasized on several occasions that they would do whatever it takes to get happy customers with repeat business.

All in all both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed, and there is not a doubt in my mind that we would use and recommend Joel and Cearan, as well as 1-800-Rid-Of-It, to anyone;including my mother.

Cearan and Rick were fantastic! they were efficient, super friendly, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and made a HUGE job look easy. They called to confirm and I was running late and they waited for me. Most service providers like cable or furniture services wouldnt do the same and would reschedule.
like most major renovations, more disposals will be necessary and there will be NO HESITATIOn in calling 1-800-RID-OF-IT

Their on-line offer was professional and service easy to sign up for. Appointment arranged on-line and available in predetermined time slots. They confirmed it and called in advance. They called to say they could come a bit early which worked out well. They were personable and professional. They did the job happily and well. I found Rid-Of-It from Googl-ing for "soil removal Toronto". I read the reviews here at Homestars and decided to give them a shot.

The 2 crew members arrived on time, explained the estimated cost and got to work right away.

I had created a big pile of dirt/soil over 4 nights from digging out my backyard for a patio - and these 2 guys removed the whole pile in record time.

Both were friendly and professional in their work.

Thanks to the crew for hauling that away, much appreciated.

I hadn't used this company before, just heard about them online. They were terrific! The team of two who came for my stuff were wonderfully friendly, polite and helpful. I was worried because they were running a little behind, but they phoned ahead to explain and make sure it was still convenient to come over. I am also really impressed that they don't just take everything and junk it, they receycle what they can and if furniture is usable, they make it available for Habitat for Humanity. Knowing my stuff will only be thrown out if it's truly useless makes me more comfortable to pass it on. I truly would recommend this company to my mother!!!

Highly professional, great price, friendly and they get the job done! Having lived in the same home for 34 years and moving we were quick to realize that the ‘junk’ we had accumulated was far too daunting a task. The wonderful guys at ‘Get Rid Of IT’ came to the house with a friendly smile and muscles to boot! Not ONLY did they get rid of all our 'junk (and there was a LOT!!) but they found some ‘sentimental’ items that we had completely forgotten about. How amazing is that?! They actually brought these few items to my attention and I am so grateful that they took the time to make sure that it was not gotten ‘rid of’ With an eye to detail, friendly, fair pricing, and professional – what a relief. The workers arrived on time, and completed the job in the time estimated by Derek. The company was able to accomodate the restricted hours allowed by the building to do removals. The price was very fair. The two workers were friendly and professional. I would use this company again.
