Jordan's Furniture

We purchased our Temperpedic Mattress and a room full of leather furniture for our family room from Jordan's Furniture in Natick. After about a year, the mattress became defective. We called the customer service dept. and they sent out a rep to assess the defect. It was determined that we needed a new mattress, so one was delivered a couple of weeks later. No hassles at all. We would definitely purchase furniture again from Jordan's Furniture, as they do stand behind their warranties.

Stopped off at the Natick Jordans store after shopping all day, as was pleasantly greeted many times by variuos sales assocites. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Sales people were knowledable and willing to go the extra mine. Happy with transaction and experirnce.

the delivery team was exceptional - they carried an armoire up 30+ stairs and never complained. Before they even attempted the project - they carefully reviewed how they were going to carry it, covered the banisters, and so on. And they accomplished the task with humor
