Foxtrot Masonry

I was delighted by this company! They were professional and did an *outstanding* job. This was a small job to them but important to me and they were gracious and reliable even though it was a small job. They repaired the stone facing on our front porch and you can not tell where the repair was done. Flawless! They were resourceful and cleaned up the work area. Best of all, they communicate regularly. You don't have to worry about where they are or when they'll come. They keep the date or communicate if they can't. I'm sure they'd be great with bigger jobs, too, but were great for us. None of the other masonry companies wanted to even quote on the job! I've been trying for a couple of years. Thank you, Foxtrot, your guys were great!

I had Thomas from Foxtrot Masonry come and parge my foundation and it was done with such perfection and parging is not an easy job. Very satisfied with the outcome and will recommend them to anyone!

My bricks were falling off and some parts had cracked mortar. I had Thomas from Foxtrot come and relay and replace the bricks. 100% recommend them! will call them for any masonry needs!

We had some blown out bricks and parging that needed to be repaired at the front of our house.

We received a quick estimate and then the work was scheduled as soon as possible when weather allowed. Thomas arrived with another worker and they did an amazing job.

I would and hopefully will hire them again for a future project.

We had Foxtrot Masonry do some parging around our house and we were not happy with the job that was done. It looked like a child did it. Parging was not broom finish or straight, even using a tape line would have been better (patchy looking), parge was all over the bricks (see photos) and they even parged our brick expansion joint leading onto our new cement walkway. The mixing area left a mess on our new asphalt driveway and they didn't clean it up as the mix had already dried into the new asphalt. They refused to use a tarp and also left a mess on our new concrete walkway we had installed last year. I complained to Stan of Foxtrot about the mess & the job and he said he would come Thurs to see. He didn't show up nor did he follow up with a phone call. To this day we have not heard from him. It was the biggest mistake paying when the job was done and trusting him to show up and to do the job correctly. Our neighbour had some tuck pointing done on their brickwork and they were also left with a wicked mess of mortar mix hardened on their driveway. We now have to spend more money to have the driveway resealed to repair and cover their sloppiness; a driveway that was not even a year old. I would not recommend this company as you can see by my photos that I have included.

Edit to company's reply: I don't believe that you tried to call to arrange another day to come by. No message was left on answering machine or cell. Not professional at all. I don't know what small fixes or touch up you would do to fix this mess. Are you going to come fix our driveway? ...NO. Are you going to smooth out the wall where you parged?...NO. Are you going to clean the bricks or our new concrete walkway where you got cement all over?...NO then why would we want you to come back... to touch up/fix what? It should have been done the correct way from the beginning. Let me ask you this .... If you hired a contractor would you be happy with the work that was done on this job? I'm sure that answer would be "Not at all" . Just look at the photos I included with my review.

I needed to have some major brick damage to one wall and corner of my house, as well as extensive tuck pointing.

Thomas (bricklayer) did a fantastic job, kept me well informed as to what was being done and why. He had a great work ethic, and got the job done as quick as possible.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, and would not hesitate to recommend Foxtrot Masonry.

Had Thomas and Stanley over from Foxtrot to work on our chimneys which was falling apart. They had excellent customer service and a fair quote. I can see that they dod the work with passion and honestly blew my expectations. I definitely would recommend Foxtrot to anyone and they will not disappoint!
