The project was a difficult one - when R.E.N.O.With.Love. stripped down the old drywalls, they found the old framing was poorly done and rotten, so they ended up changing almost entire framing.
Another complexity was around converting the patio to a kitchen space. The requirement was to keep the deck above the patio (see attached photo), so they applied some clever solution to ensure the proper kitchen's ceiling waterproofing.
We were in a constant communication about different solutions and cost of work and materials. These guys provide the total transparency to their job cost.
Great and neat job altogether, R.E.N.O.With.Love! I appreciate it as a client and currently continue working with them on other projects.
