Nigel did an excellent job helping waterproof my parents home. He quoted a reasonable price, arrived on schedule and finished in a timely manner. It was a large caulking job, removing 30 year old caulk from windows and several flashing and wall joints. He graded a problem area, and properly dug out and installed all window wells in home. The caulking work is clean and straight, all repairs are well done.

Nigel replaced eavesdrop for my property. He did a superb job. He did other small projects for me, he is always excellent and reasonably priced. He is my go to guy when it comes roofing, chimney and small leakage outside.

Nigel did a great job fixing leaks through the front sidings and roof. I was about to change the gutters with new ones after reviewing the problem and agreeing on the cost with Nigel. He did another assessment and advised me not to change the gutters after determining the source of the leak. He fixed the source of the leak, adjusted the gutters and took 20% of the agreed price. I am pleased with the Fix that Nigel provided, but more so with his honesty and quality of work. I would highly recommend Nigel for any job in his specialty.

Nigel did some outstanding work for us. We had a problem with our gutter; it was full of leaves, blocking the drainage system. He cleaned everything with no issue, he was very patient and also gave us advice. He was very professional, very efficient and we highly recommend him.

During last storm water entered my house through bottom of the entrance door. I posted the add and Nigel responded within minutes. Next day he visited the house, purchased the water-stripping and installed immediately. He also noticed a few other issues with my entrance door, communicated with me and fix them.
