We had an untimely breakdown of our oven when an element broke during dinner. Egor posted on Homestars and didn't hesitate to call when I did not initially pick up his message online. Having provided a couple of pictures and the model number to him, he estimated the cost and indicated that he could be at the house the following morning at 11:30.
