I hired the team to come in and fix a very poorly placed gas pipe in my kitchen. They were a very courteous and professional crew that were able to quickly address the issue in a reasonable time. I am so impressed with the quality and promptness of the service recieved from this company. We needed a new furnace and Shahin did an amazing job at identifying the issue with our old furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and efficient. My husband and I are very satisfied with the job he's done.

The quote was reasonable given the need to drill through a double brick wall of a century home and to install a very large 6 pipe. I had very unique problem with my rooftop HVAC system in my loft apartment where it would turn on and off on its own intermittently. Most heating and cooling companies wouldn't want to come to diagnose the problem or if they did come by they would only try to sell me a new unit. Sean and his Father from IMPROVE HVAC came out to look at the problem and they properly diagnosed it and it finally got taken care of.
