Fast Fix Appliance Solution

I got my fridge repaired from Samuel. He fixed my fridge in no time. Meanwhile, I waste my money with other company. But this company provided me such a great services. I got same day appointment and best services. Technician was very professional, diagnosed quickly and provide me very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend.

A technician from this conducted a service call at our residence to diagnose an issue as a faulty control panel and let us know the total repair for this issue would be $1098.35 including the part and service. He went on to tell us the issue raised from a power surge to our fridge and suggested he install a surge protector at the time of the repair to prevent this from happening again. This is suspicious as no other electronic devices in our kitchen we affected. If this was truly the case other item would have been affected and damaged.

During the replacement visit on July 31, 2024, the technician informed us that the compressor was also malfunctioning and would have to replace that as well for an additional cost. When questioned about the control panel he maintained it was also faulty, but no proof of this was given. We had a follow up call with the technician and noted that the compressor was covered under warranty and would not be paying any additional costs for that repair.

It has been three weeks, no working fridge, no timeline for the second part. At this point we have cut our losses and order a new fridge. we have requested a refund but continue to get the run around ang their costs...

The company came out and did some servicing that ended up being totally and completely useless. We are $315 out with absolutely nothing to show for it. Another repair company came out, was highly critical of the work done, and will fix the problem for a fixed fee. I would NOT recommend Fast Fix Appliance Solutions.

I had two appointments scheduled to fix my fridge. The first time was a deposit to evaluate the work, the second time was to actually fix the issue. When the repair guy left he claimed that the issue had been resolved. It had not. We had to have him back in for a third time and he confirmed we would get a refund and he was unable to fix the issue. It has been almost two weeks and there has been no refund.

Given we had to meet with them three times and they were dishonest for almost two weeks about us receiving a refund - I would never, ever reccomended them.

Mr.Sam came on time when I was in trouble doing my work. He quickly sorted the problem out and I am really happy with the service. Fair service and quick process.

My oven was not heating at all and is too old but they still fixed it and it is working great, it is my parents oven and they want this to be fixed and Fast Fix helped us to fix it, highly recommended. Genuine price, great knowledgeable technicians and they know what they are doing not like other companies, thank You so much for helping us and providing fabulous services.

Tow guys came. They gave original quote which was very high, then one guy came upstairs and said its worse than we thought and doubled the repair cost, but then said he could fix it in his own for much less, just not for this company. Then he still wanted me to give this company a 5 star rating, which he took my phone from my hands and didgave himself 5 stars (for doing nothing). Then he dropped the price of the initial service call $20, and then for giving him for his business on the side, dropped service call another $10. Didnt believe anything he said after this. Got new company and charged a very reasonable amount.

Dont trust this company. They are very highly priced dont tell you the truth about repairing options and dont refund your money (minus the restocking fee of course) in a timely manner. To make matters worse the manager will call weeks later and try to bribe you by refunding you what they called a restocking fee so you remove the bad review you gave them! I would rather be honest to consumers and take the loss. Dont be fooled by all the five star reviews. !
