Sebastians skill at this type of work is unparalleled but his communication throughout was also top notch. He did exactly what he quoted to me months earlier and I had a vivid idea of what the project would look like once completed. But even that was scant imagination to how it actually looked when he finished. Top shelf design, personality and work rate!

Our old deck was old, rotting, and a really horrible brown/black colour. We have been looking for a contractor for 2 years throughout covid to help us rebuild our front deck. No word of a joke: every contractor kept raising the price higher and higher as covid continued. I understand inflation and I understand materials have been harder to come by, but one of the most unexpected quotes we received was for $32000 after that contractor came for all of 2 minutes, asked 2 questions, and rambled off a quote without any explanation.

Sebastian completed the fence on both sides of our home in Mississauga. One side is a single gate, and one side is a double gate. Sebastian visited, listened to our needs, provided us a quote within 1 day and had a contract that clearly outlined the length of time, materials for use, and any contingencies. We were thrilled with the final product and with Sebastians professionalism and friendly demeanour. Since then we have hired Sebastian for a variety of other Small renovations.
