Exemplary service from estimate through to completion. Polite, creative and effective in deriving solutions to challenges, patient and quickly responsive to customer questions/concerns these folks were a pleasure to deal with. Greg and Kadon on-site, with Gaylene providing 'front office' support made for an excellent team. Work was completed ahead of schedule and the site cleaned up beautifully. We're thrilled with the result. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

This renovation was done to a 35+year old home that had nothing done to the bathroom since it was built. We were given a very reasonable quote and they went above and beyond even before they did the renovation. They were prompt, efficient extremely friendly They did a fantastic job. Their work and workmanship was excellent. Very happy with the work and would recommend the company and the people that work for them

I had Bath Solutions do a bathroom renovation and they did a good job, but less than a year later there was a small leak. The day after I was informed about the leak, they came to check it out and fixed it the same day. The leak could have happened to anybody, but they had really great customer service and I am impressed with them. Thanks, Greg and team!

Both tradesmen were efficient and courteous and provided quality workmanship.
Both bathrooms completed on time and area cleaned up afterwards.

The crew did an excellent job renovating our main floor bathroom and fitting it with a walk-in tub and tall toilet for our mother. Wonderful work cutting our vanity countertop and capping it to match! The drywall and paint work was also excellent!

The tub looked great until it showed I seen that they made a complete mess of my bath room and didn’t clean after them selves . Further more I had a leak in my kitchen because turns out they can’t do plumbing properly and didn’t hook up the critical drain attached I wouldn’t recomend this company to any one including anybody I didn’t like ,. I aperently hired them to be my worst bath solution or problem .
After this they wanted me to pay full amount with no compassion with threat of lawyering up .

This is our second experience with "Bath Solutions". After an excellent bathtub installation, we decided to replace 2 vanities and a toilet which we purchased on our own. In both renos the workmanship was impeccable, fast and efficient. The installer was pleasant, answered all questions, finished the job ahead of time and on budget. He was also very clean and tidy, left nothing behind but 2 beautiful and classy bathrooms.
