My call was answered right away with very helpful information on fees, process and expectations without being pushed to use the service.
Once I agreed, the electrician came within 24 hours. The young man was very professional, friendly and competent. He cleaned up well after his work and explained what was done. The lights work perfectly!

I was going through a major renovation of my condo (building built in 1966); I asked 401 Electric, familiar with the building, to be the electricians for my unit. It was a big job - replace the electrical box, wire for a new fireplace (at the opposite end of the space from the electrical box), add many plugs, wire for 2 new ceiling fixtures, install several light fixtures, etc. The project manager/estimator (Brian), office personnel, and the electricians were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible (had to return many times to coordinate with other workers). The team of 2 arrived on time, were extremely polite and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though the job took a day longer than originally anticipated, my original bill never changed. They were able to install new lighting, move outlets, move lighting and much more. Wonderful work. Will definitely be hiring them again for my next electrical job.

The price above includes the Generac generator which 401 Electric installed & coordinated all work that involved Hydro One, our propane installer and our propane supplier.
