Excellent Experience

Mississauga

Joey was amazing - reached out to me almost immediately and we setup a time for him to come out to see me. He gave such good advice and told me that I didn't need anything replaced and he could repair the lock. I don't come across that kind of honesty often and it was very appreciated. Any other person would have easily dinged me for $600 for a new lock - but he was so professional and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him and the company. Would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone!!!

Excellent, Professional Service and Superb Communication from Start to Finish!

Renovation Cleaning review in Toronto

I had contacted Norther Craftsman Locksmith and Joey responded very quickly. Polite, honest, excellent communicator. I needed the work done the next day and he to give exact ETA (as promised), showed up when he said he would, did a complete and thorough job. Took extra time to re-tighten and line the lock as the grip set was loose. Job done before the other companies even bothered responding. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond

Toronto

I have a very thick custom door that was very hard to lock and unlock. I wanted to get the locks changed and add a smart lock capability. While other locksmiths told me it wasnt possible, Northern Craftsman worked with me and we got custom hardware installed. It looks great and functions just how I want. They were communicative, giving updates even when there were no updates to give just letting me know they were trying to find a solution.

Im beyond happy with not only the end result but the attention to detail and the customer service.
