R&R Renovations

We wanted our balusters and handrails (original builders finish) to match our flooring (a cherry sort of colour). The change of colour meant sanding 4 levels of balusters & handrails, then applying the new colour. We had a few people in to quote. Main challenge was we have carpeted stairs so we didn't want the carpet to be messed up. Most contractors wanted to remove the balusters & handrails to a remote location to do the work, then reassemble. We would have had to live with temporary wood supports for a week or 2. Alex (R&R) was the only one who could do the job without removing everything. He guaranteed cleanliness and lived up to his promise. Carpeting was protected & he cleaned up at the end of each day. He even did one part of the job a second time because he was not satisfied with how it looked. There were cheaper options but he was very honest & up-front about what he would do. He knew what he was doing and we are happy with the work he did. I highly recommend Alex!

I would like to say first, thank you. Second a great big Bravo to you and your assistant. My home is a split level 2 bedroom. As you know, you painted a kitchen, dining living room and 2 hallways. Along with my bedrooms, all in 3 days, WOW. I'm still looking for faults and none to be found plus after all was done, My home was pristine, not a spot was missed. Alex, you are true professional in your field. Anyone who uses your service will have a polite and courteous young man who takes pride in his work. Which shows in my home again, thank you.

Alex and his workers were extremely professional, diligent, communicative, and detail-oriented when it came to the renos of my condo. They finished in advance and I strongly recommend them as I was throughly happy with the end result! I highly recommend them!

Alex was a pleasure to work with. He gave us very good suggestions on paint colours. He showed up on time as promised each and every day until the full job was completed. He worked diligently fixing drywall where needed. He left the worksite clean during and after each day. He did such a good job friends and neighbours have also contracted his services.
