My family members and I have used Kyle and his team for our own homes and recommended him to many clients and he always does a great job! He has done basements, bathrooms, kitchens, opened up walls, smoothed ceilings, installed pot lights, flooring, and pretty much every general contracting job you can think of and the work has always been great quality. He is reliable and trustworthy and we always know he'll do a great job!

We have a rental property and our renter had an issue with a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Kyle attended the service call. He diagnosed, quoted and upon receiving confirmation from us fixed the problem. We were very happy with the service provided.

The stand up shower in the master washroom tiles grout leaked and was dripping water into the kitchen sealing below. Contracted the work out to Precision CCR to do the repair and was very satisfied with the workmanship, quality of work and professionalism. Have not had any issues since then.

I hired Kyle to paint the trim, baseboards , & doors in my home and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency with which the project was completed. I am very happy with the results.
