Grout And Tile Pros

We were looking for someone to freshen up grout, calking, and install a backsplash in our bathroom. After we posted this request on your website, Brian took the time to call us and came to give us an estimate; it also gave us some tips to reduce the costs. We did follow his tips, and it works great. Also, he did the job the way he said he would, and everything was perfect and done professionally. We were a bit concerned after some bad experiences, but it was a pleasure working with him. Meticulous, attentive and perfectionist, he did the job, and we are happy. I had put off the much-needed task of finding someone to replace the grouting and caulking in my shower; then I heard about Brian - I thought tradesmen like Brian had become extinct! In the approximately 6 hours he was here, the shower had been thoroughly scrubbed, heat-steamed from ceiling to floor. He then did an exceptional job of replacing the caulking and grouting - the shower looks like new! THEN he did some complimentary caulking for us in other parts of our home. We live in a condo building and have a foyer, kitchen and main bathroom that has a marble-tiled floor. Some of the tiles were a bit damaged and the grout itself had certainly seen better days. The one word I would use to describe Brian is meticulous. The level of effort he puts into cleaning grout and tiles is remarkable. We were impressed with the first job he did on our bathroom walls and floor tiles; upon completion everything looked like new. We recently used Grout and Tile Pros for a second job. This was for our Kitchen floor. Four tiles were replaced due to cracking and a complete cleaning was done of all the remaining tiles and grout. Once again Brian delivered his excellent level of workmanship. We have already booked him again to do our Ensuite Bathroom. A few weeks ago Brian from Grout & Tile Pros cleaned and sealed the shower floor in our ensuite bathroom. The shower floor had a dark grey grout that was turning white, it was never sealed and it looked terrible. After Brian was finished cleaning and sealing the grout the floor looked better than new. Brian noticed that the glass door bottom sweep/seal was binding. He actually had a new one in his truck that he custom cut and installed and didn't charge any extra for it. Brian is now our 'go to' tile and grout guy. I would highly recommend Brian as he is very reasonable, personable, a great worker
and really cares about customer satisfaction.
