I contacted Castellanos Reno & Repair and got a call back within an hour which was very impressive. I described the repair work, which was fixing my staircase, as a bunch of spindles had come loose. He visited our house the next day for a quick evaluation and explained the most cost effective way to fix it - which was to open the staircase and lowering the handrail and tightening it again. I agreed with the repair work. He looked at his schedule and gave me a timeslot in a week, which he actually kept. In fact he came a day sooner. He fixed the staircase perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

After meeting with several contractors and receiving quotes, I can easily say that Joaquin was by far the most efficient in his response and thorough with his estimate (and very honest as well!). He undertook this project as part of a larger one (scheduled for later this fall), but did us an exceptional favour by squeezing us in with this work so that we could get our main bathroom functional again. He and his crew replaced a 100+ year old cast iron main plumbing stack which included a delicate approach with the demolition in the kitchen so as to not disturb or damage our relatively new kitchen cabinets and countertop. They did a great job with the replacement of the stack and rebuilding the enclosure and their finishing work was impressive. The bulk of the job was done in 1 day! (the finishing touches took a couple of short visits). Joaquin was very communicative throughout the job. We are looking forward to working with him and his crew for our larger project!
