Kyle responded very fast to our request through HomeStar and he extended the drain pipe to the next cabinet for our new dishwasher within an hour of his arrival.

Had a unique situation with the hoses in kitchen faucet. They were leaking. Kyle came in and spotted the problem quickly, and dealt with it in a professional manner. This is the second time I've used him because I trust him and his judgment. He's the guy next door who knows stuff. A true professional.

They answered all questions and provided solution options for the problem. Very Transparent. Arrived on time as promised, and executed the job quickly and with good quality.

Had a a leaky shut off valve and I went to homestars to look for a plumber to fix it. Had the post up for maybe 5min and Kyle from GNE plumbing called me and gave me a quote and we figured out logistics of when to do the water job with turning on and off the water with the city. In Durham if you need the water to be turned on after 330pm they will charge you an extra $120 on-top of the $80 initial fee to turn on and off the water. We got the water shut off for 230pm Kyle finished the job by 3ish so I didn't get charged the extra $120.

I am satisfied with how Kyle communicated with me and in the work he did to fix three plumbing leaks to my shower system. I would recommend him and intend on reaching out to him for any future plumbing work at my house.

The precious owners of my house did a lot of DIY and unfortunately thay was the case with plumbing. I needed bathroom shower control arm fixed as I have tenants living in the basement. Kyle was quick respond and initial response a simple cartridge replacement, once he came over did his initial assessment replaced the cartridge but still not luck and needed the while control arm to be replaced. Now for most part if it's done correctly, Kyle said shouldn't take a tremendous amount of time however in my case required a an extensive amount of time, as he needed to make new cutouts and replace old fitments. Due to this took longer than expected. Kyle started working on this on Thursday but ran into an issue with one of his tools, but reassured me that he'll make exception and come back to finish it up on Saturday evening. Saturday came around and Kyle wanted push it to Sunday morning, however after talking Kyle he understood the urgency and said he'll do it as promised. Nothing beats that kind of service, not mention he was coming from wedding. Kyle also spends a lot of time to detail and aims for perfection as well.

Kyle is great, very reasonable prices very informative and timely in his work. He makes sure every last detail is perfect and shows pride in his work. I will Continue to call him for all my plumbing needs.

Kyle installed a dog shower in our backyard so we could bath our pup with warm water. Its a great fixture and has been very helpful. Saved us $$$ in grooming!!!
