During an exceptionally strong thunderstorm recently, we had water enter into our basement through leaks around the chimney. Elite Roofers treated the situation as an emergency, doing temporary repairs until the weather cleared. As Tracy promised, the team arrived on the first rain-free day and completed repairing and re-shingling our house, garage and extension in a single, very long day. The crew was efficient and able to solve numerous problems caused by a previous contractors improper installation of roof materials and components. My wife and are impressed with their work ethic and desire to do the job in the right manner. We appreciate the high standard of work performed, and unreservedly recommend Elite to anyone looking for an honest company which takes pride in the quality of their work.

We replaced shingles of main building and a sun room with skylights. Also replaced skylights with brand new ones.
Sun room had complex and messy roofing (i.e. 3 layers of shingles) but all corrected.
Also they added 3 vents and corrected pipes of existinf fans.
Very professional team; on time, detail oriented, clean work, continuous update of progress with pictures, etc. !

The company responded quickly to my service request and the repair was done within the week. The longer the team was on my roof they seem to find more problems which was questionable.
My difficulty was having to pay in cash and not getting a receipt.

Jin and his team are very professional, easy to communicate. They did great job, worked to full customer satisfaction. When a minor issue reported, they were very patient to listen and discuss with us for the best solution, drove 50km the 2nd day to fix it. I am very happy with their work and the way they deal with post sales issues.

Elite Roofers were very responsive and answered all of my questions. Tracy managed most of the interactions as the crew has fewer English skills, but everyone was friendly and polite. First inspection was done by a skilled professional, the only roofer who brought a prybar and caulk up to investigate the skylight properly.

Our job was a bit more complex than I first expected and Tracy and the crew were able to handle all of my questions and present multiple options, including photos from other jobs.

Once the contract was signed work started very quickly, and the work itself was done quickly. The 2 person crew gave me an honest appraisal of the problems they did and did not encounter in the repair and were able to successful repair the skylights. They cleaned up after, although a few stray pieces of membrane backing had blown into the yard and there was a bit of vacuuming to be done inside, we thought it was a job well done. Work was guaranteed for 5 years.

Reason to ask Elite Roofing company to inspect the roof of my house. Damaged shingles of part of the roof. Their work was efficient, reasonable cost and the company completed the work in the time it promised.
