We had a fire at our house a were barred from entering our home until we got a structural engineer and a building permit. Found Atlas designs online to design a blueprint for our house. After speaking with George from atlas designs we decided to go with him, he found us a structural engineer an also designed our house blueprint. Very pro active in helping us out throughout the whole process. Thanks to George we obtained our permit and we are looking forward to moving back home!

I found George/Atlas Designs online when I was losing hope of finding someone reasonable to help us create a drawing and apply for a building permit. From first contact he was quick to respond, very personable and easy to work. We are so happy with his services from taking measurements, creating the drawings, applying for the permit (which we got approved for in 1 week!!) and he made revisions without extra charge. I highly recommend George and his company and look forward to hiring him again for our next real estate projects.

Atlas Services visited the site, took site measurements, provided all designs required, hired a P. Eng to provide structural designs, submitted the application for the building permit on behalf of the owner, provided revisions asked by the City and obtained the permit with no extra effort on the owner's (my) part. In addition Atlas Design applied to the City for the Plumbing permit and and obtained the permit in a timely manner.
The designs and drawings produced are of high standard with no errors. I would recommend Atlas Services to anyone looking for building modifications requiring City permits . George V Philip P.Eng

Communication was immaculate, he had answers for everything. He comes on site and is professional and meticulous with his measurements and designs. I 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with Atlas Designs has been nothing but exceptional. The Lead Architect was friendly, professional and accomidating. I requested some revisions after the initial drawings were issued, and the revisions were completed quickly and to code.

I can't express the gratitude I have that Atlas Designs were able to accommodate my requests quickly and the cost didn't break my bank account either.
