Recently had Kymand Home redo the roof at one of my rental properties in woodbine.

Wanted to leave this review here because they did an excellent job! In fact, I’m going to have them do 3 other property’s for me.

Was impressed with how they worked around the cold/snow and their prompt communication when I had questions.

Clear and timely communication. Construction time frame estimate was accurate. Respectful crew. Very happy with the final product!

Amazing company I got them in to do my roof the attention to detail the time and the care that they took was amazing I 100% would recommend this company to anybody who needs a rooster

I bought my first starter home during the pandemic, which came with a good deal of stress. About three month in and after a few weeks of rain I realized I needed a new roof badly - this was not in my budget. A week later two guys from Kymand Homes knocked on my door to inquire about the roof. I told them I knew I needed a new one but wasn’t sure if I could afford it. We chatted back and forth for a few days but ultimately I decided to go for it. I can’t explain how happy I am with the experience and especially the final product. But, my favourite part was they were honest the whole time about costs, deadlines and they kept my property safe. This is one of the first major renovations completed on my house and I’m so happy I went through Kymand homes.

Kymand roofing was a very professional and reliable company to work with. They worked fast, paid attention to detail and we’re responsive through out the full process. I’m very pleased with their work and they did a great job cleaning up the job site. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof!
