J A Plumbing has investigated a water leak on our old toilet and analyzed the repair costs versus replacement costs for our repair/replace decision. Service plumber was very knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently to our satisfaction.

After a gas leak, Justin was able to restart my hot water tank quickly and easily. He was very professional, and clearly explained the issue.

J.A. Plumbing is my go to place for plumbing repairs. All the technicians are professional and easy to deal with. I always have a fantastic and speedy service. My last call was repairing a burst pipe and external faucet.

Just had a really good experience with JA Plumbing. They wound up reaching out about a job to replace a water heater that I'd posted, but I'd already made other arrangements. During the process of replacing it, I had issues with my kitchen faucet, and no water would come out (but the guy who replaced the heater confirmed that the water was flowing TO the faucet, just not out of it) so I was stuck. I called JA for some help, since I'd already talked to the guy earlier, and he talked me through the problem over the phone. Just out of the goodness of his heart, this guy gave me his time and expertise to help me out and save me a bunch of money (and my Christmas holiday while he was at it). That kind of professionalism and dedication to helping others is hard to find.

Next time I have a big, expensive job coming up, I will be trusting these guys with my time and money, and I think you should too.

Justin and his associates were amazing. We needed our water heater tank replaced and I wasnt sure of all the options. Justin patiently went through all the options with me and made sure the one we chose would work in our very old home.

When it came to installation day, Justin was very communicative about when and how long he and his colleagues would be working on our house. This helped me make sure Id be able to work from home without any unexpected interruptions.

They did a great job and were in and out quickly. Id recommend him again in a second!

Justin was amazing. My hot water tank was leaking on good Friday when most service companies were closed. Justin replied to my request. He was at my place the next day to look at the issue and offer a solution. By Monday I had a new hot water tank installed. I am beyond happy. He was considerate, professional, punctual and reliable. I would highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone!!

Justin's quote was very reasonable to remove and replace a drop-in sink countertop, and he stuck to it. I added work to repair a faulty/leaky faucet and he charged me just as fairly. Justin showed up promptly, did what was needed expertly, and cleaned up - even carrying out the former cracked drop-in sink to the garbage bin. Justin is professional and just a very nice guy to deal with. I highly recommend J.A. Plumbing and Justin will be my go-to guy.

One year later, and I am again using Justin's services. Very easy to work with and he responds quickly to communication text/voice/email.
