Since we moved to our new house, two years ago, we were experiencing ongoing problems with our furnace, until John and his team from Icare came to check it.
It took John and his team almost 30 minutes to find all the problems, some of them were related to incorrect installation. They patiently explained to me the alternatives and the cost of each one and we decided to replace the furnace with a new one to get the rebate and to make some minor changes to the duct system.

On the installation day, the team arrived as scheduled, were knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. At the end of the installation, John came to check everything and to make sure that everything has been done accurately.

This company is really professional. The furnace and air conditioner system in my house is more complicated. It‘s an air handler heating system is in a town house. There is not enough space for installation and the pipes are not easy to get out. Many companies came to my house to give a estimate. Some companies say they can’t install it, and some say they can install it, but the price is very expensive. I found Icare home comfort and gave me a very professional opinion. The price is also very reasonable and the installation for furnace air conditioner and tankless are very professional. I highly recommend Icare home comfort
