Everyone I've spoken to from the company on the phone has been very professional and friendly. The movers who moved us out were timely. The movers who moved us in were slow at unloading the truck and could have been more careful. A piece of our bed was lost in storage and required multiple phone calls and a visit to their head office to locate it.

When I first called to book my move, I spoke with Jeff who was awesome as he took the time to go over the details of the move and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get the time slot we requested due to the parameters of our move from one condo unit to another.
