I engaged Matt to fix and complete a job that was abandoned by unscrupulous contractors. Matt was very professional in meeting his time commitments and ensuring to keep me posted on the progress that he expected to make everyday. He did a fantastic job of fixing and repainting my house and was more than willing to come back for touch-ups when all the renovation was completed. We wanted custom-built medicine cabinets in each of our bathrooms. After submitting a request on Homestars, Matt quickly responded and I told him the type of design we were looking for. Within a few days he stopped by, took measurements, provided a quote and timeline for the job. We chose to hire Matt and it was a fantastic decision! Matt is a professional! He knows his trade exceedingly well! He completed our interior walls, ceilings and doors. He gave a date and time and completed the work as promised. He also went above and beyond and painted the pantry interior even though it was not a part of the original quote. His care on our wooden window frames to sand and paint them as new is great. He also painted two coats on our ceilings even though his quote was for one coat. His reason “I myself must be very happy with the finish!” This really speaks to his pride in his work and his eye for detail and finishing!
