Unlike other people who came to give me the estimates, Luca went to to the attic instead of standing on the ladders and invited me to go up with him. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make the service happen the same afternoon. In general, I am happy with the services.

Overall we are pleased with the experience. The service was prompt and polite, and the price was competitive. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect review is that the hose used to blow the insulation did scrape a portion of the paint off of the lower baseboard/corner of one of my walls.

The NDS team were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional through the entire process. They explained rebate processes and even facilitated an energy audit within days.

At the end we were offered to come up or get a video of the completed job. The two gentlemen performing the work ensure they cleaned up as if they were never there.

Very satisfied through the entire process.
