AJM Renovations

I found AJM Renovations on Home Stars and contacted them in regards the roof replacement. Terry reached out to me and provided a very reasonable quote. Terry sent me a link to review what type of shingles will be installed and answered all my questions about installation. I was promptly informed when material, garbage bin and roofers will arrive. Everyone on a team was nice and polite. After roof installation property around the house was cleaned swept to ensure no nails/ old shingles left on a ground. I would highly recommend AJM renovations and planning to use them for other projects.

The AMJ Team completed top quality work. Equally important, it was completed on time and on budget. Would highly recommend!

I can't recommend Antoni and Calvin at AJM Renovations highly enough. Other than the cabinetry, they did all aspects of our kitchen reno. The utmost professionals at all times. Honest and upfront throughout. With Covid and the issues it's caused contractors, Antoni kept me updated throughout. He is a perfectionist which shows in all aspects of his work. Both he and Calvin worked each day until the day's work was done, often way more than the 8 hr work day.
We choose a backsplash that was a pain for them to work with and took alot longer to do. I asked him to add the extra time onto our bill, which he refused as he said he stands by his quotes. I was constantly taken aback by their customer care.
He has a great rapport with Calvin and the pair of them are always laughing and joking. So easy to get on with.
We're already looking forward to working with them to get other work done.

What can I say, AJM was just awesome! My new bathroom and hallway are above and beyond what I expected. Antony is very detailed oriented which shows in his work. Plus when he found something that was not part of the renovation we would work together to fix it. They treated our house like it was their own. Every time someone see my new bathroom they are blown away. Love it! and will continue to use AJM for all my renovation needs. No more looking for multiple quotes.

I had work outdoors that I wanted done before the winter hit. Not only did they promise to have the work done by Christmas, they brought extra employees to get the job done in two days. I found Terry and Antoni to be clear and precise in the quote, timeline and expectations. Being able to trust that a professional is true to their word is impressive. They did a great job and I will continue to use AJM renovations in future.

These gentlemen are amazing. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Antoni and Calvin. From the initial consultation to the final walk through, they were professional, polite, pleasant/personable and quite respectful. Antoni is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the entire process so that even I could understand. They are competitive in their pricing, however Antoni respected our budget and was able to work within our budget to give us a lovely space. They completed basement renovation at my new home along with installing garage door for interior access (reno completed November 2021). My family and I are very pleased and happy with the transformation, and now with the cold weather finally here, really
appreciate the interior garage door access. Just wanted to mention that while in the middle of the reno, these gentlemen smelled gas in the basement, and instructed me to notify Enbridge. It turned out to be a slow gas leak, that was there for a while, long before we moved in. The leak was resolved and they were able to continue with the reno without incident. So a heartful appreciation and thank you for discovering the gas leak, for our much needed interior garage door and beautiful new basement. Looking forward to working with you again in the near future.

Antoni and his friend did renovation work for my basement. Antoni was absolute pleasure to work with. He was punctual, and professional. He did a great job. Antoni and his friend installed studs for the side entrance door as well as he did dry wall repair and paint. He didn't charge me anything over the quote he provided. He was also able to get the project done really quickly to accommodate our timelines. I will definitely recommend him for any kind of renovation work.

AJM Renovations came and installed vinyl flooring on our top floor. This included two bedrooms, an office and a hallway. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They did an amazing job! They even navigated 7 door jams to accommodate our three rooms with no transitions. This was extremely impressive and there are no gaps or holes anywhere. We are so satisfied with the results from AJM Renovations and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!

We had an outdated bathroom and wanted to create a functional laundry room as the space was unfinished. AJM transformed the space for us and we are happy with the finished result. They took care to clean up the work space when they were done and suggested tiles that worked with our overall design. We look forward to enjoying our new space!

It was a great experience from start to finish with AJM renovations. Antony and Calvin did an excellent job redoing our front walkway. They levelled the pavers to insure proper drainage away from the house (we were experiencing leaks in the basement) this was executed perfectly. They ensured the surrounding areas were properly cleaned up at the end of the day and the final clean up was also very thorough. Excellent work.
